Drama Therapist (MA, RDT
I am a drama therapist who works from a humanistic, person-centred approach. I support adults of all ages, queer individuals, and families of trans and non-binary youth.
My sessions are guided by your needs. I use creative tools such as embodiment, movement, improvisation, drawing, and writing, introduced gently and with care. I often reflect your experience through my own body and voice, placing myself in service of your creative process.
Themes we may explore include anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, body image, grief, hypersensitivity, and polyamorous relationships.
People appreciate my calm presence, soft voice, and attentive listening. I aim to build a kind, non-judgemental space where even the smallest steps forward are meaningful.
